Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you would like to redirect mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
